Refund / Exchange/ Cancelation and Warranty Policy

We want our customers to be fully satisfied with every item purchased from Resolution Fitness Equipment, Inc. Our mission is to make an exchange or refund as simple and fair as possible.

Exchange and Returns:

Exchange and Returns are accepted within 30 days from date of purchase on equipment purchases with original receipt. A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to all equipment exchange and returns. Shipping/Delivery and assembly charges are not refundable. Delivery and assembly/Disassembly charges will be applied to equipment exchange and returns. Sales are Final on Display, Discontinued, Out of Box, Special Order, free weights, dumbbells and weight plate items. Accessories must be returned in their unopened, original packaging to receive a full refund. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to accessory purchases not returned in their unopened, original packaging (defective accessories may receive a full refund). Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the form of Resolution Fitness Equipment company check.

Cancellation:

Cancellations on equipment purchases can be made until the day before delivery. A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied to all cancelled orders.

Warranty:

Your equipment purchases are protected by the applicable manufactures in-home warranty. Our mission is to ensure your equipment is in excellent working order as intended by the manufacture. Out of box and break-in service issues are rare but do happen on occasion. Resolution Fitness Equipment agrees to provide unlimited FREE in-home service for up to one full year to rectify any such service issues.
